Spiraling Out of Bounds — My Work Featured in Artillery Magazine

I'm excited to share that Artillery Magazine just published an article about my show See Me After Class: A Spiral Bound Journey at Art Unified.

The article doesn’t just describe my work, it gets inside the headspace. From superhero distractions to failing grades, and from burned detention slips to sex-ed satire, it celebrates everything that made my middle school notebooks feel like survival gear and a sketchpad rolled into one.

“No—our parents wouldn’t have hung these pages up in their offices… But we can. We needed the laughs then, and boy do we ever now.” – Artillery Magazine

Thanks to Artillery for seeing the humor and the heart in this work. The show runs through October 12th, 2022 at Art Unified in Venice.
